You're absolutely right. Founders should do the hard stuff, such as recruiting, closing major deals, keeping key customers happy, and finance of course.

At the same time, it's good to read that I am not alone as a founder who gets my hands dirty if there is nobody else there to handle a simple yet time-consuming task.
