Yet planning is indispensable.

That’s a fact, and certainly not a criticism of your planning capabilities. It’s a fact in daily management life, and it’s even more so in times of crisis.

So what can you do? Let’s turn to music for an analogy.

The Analogy…

I am an avid saxophone player, although not a very good one. I have limited time to play the saxophone, as I spend my days running Yonder, a B2B SaaS company, and on top I try to juggle raising three kids and being an active reserve officer in the Swiss Armed Forces.

When I picked up saxophone lessons after a 20-year break since touching an instrument for the last time, I had to make a conscious choice about my level of ambition and the time I would be able to invest in learning a new instrument.
